任务简介

Amazon Leo，原名Project Kuiper，是一个位于低地球轨道的巨型卫星星座，将提供宽带互联网接入服务，该星座将由亚马逊子公司Kuiper Systems LLC管理。该星座计划由3,276颗卫星组成，预计将部署在三个轨道层的98个轨道平面上，高度分别为590公里、610公里和630公里。每次阿丽亚娜6号发射将搭载35-40颗卫星。

Amazon Leo, formerly known as Project Kuiper, is a mega constellation of satellites in Low Earth Orbit that will offer broadband internet access, this constellation will be managed by Kuiper Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Amazon. This constellation is planned to be composed of 3,276 satellites. The satellites are projected to be placed in 98 orbital planes in three orbital layers, one at 590 km, 610 km and 630 km altitude. 36 satellites will be carried on this Ariane 6 launch.
